Frequently Asked Questions
Is delivery included?
Delivery is free in Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland. Elsewhere, a flat distance-based fee applies, starting at $50 for nearby areas and $100 for most of the Orlando metro, and it is included in your final quote. We also travel to Tampa Bay, Ocala, and the Gainesville area, and South Florida events are available upon request.
What is included with every booking?
Every booking includes an 8×8 freestanding silk flower wall, matching base floral arrangements, stand pole covers, and setup and breakdown by our team. Standard base florals are never an add-on.
Can you match our event colors?
Yes. Choose the wall that best suits your palette, and we can add real-touch or silk accent florals to tie it into your event colors.
How long is the rental, and how long does setup take?
Every rental is for the full day. Setup takes about 30 to 60 minutes and breakdown about 20 to 30 minutes, timed with you and your venue.
Can the wall be set up outdoors?
Yes, in covered outdoor spaces such as tents, pavilions, and covered patios. We avoid fully open-air setups unless the weather allows, and we are happy to help you choose a spot from a photo of your venue.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible. We have three walls, and each can only be booked for one event per day, so fall and winter dates fill quickly. Reach out about last-minute dates and we will check availability.
How do we reserve our date?
A 25% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept cards, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash, and interest-free payment plans are available.
Are you insured?
Yes. Every booking is covered by general liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue on request.
